Nirin Gierbolini

 

For more than twenty years, the Army took Nirin and her family to many places they would call home. Having relocated several times over the years, she sees moving as a great opportunity; a chance to discover new places and make new friends and neighbors. As a military spouse, having experienced many moves herself, is what drove Nirin to obtain her Real Estate Sales Agent license. Nirin has been awarded the nationally recognized Military Relocation Professional Certification by The National Association of REALTORS®️. With this certification Nirin brings a wealth of experience to help military personnel, veterans and their families buy, sell or rent around the DMV area, as well as guiding them to make the best use of their benefits and unique needs of military life. Nirin attended college at University of Puerto Rico, where she graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (BS-BA), majoring in accounting.  Prior to Real Estate, Nirin worked for several years providing tax, accounting and consulting services to clients in the private and nonprofit sectors across the United States.
