Ilse Padron

As an experienced real estate agent, Ilse has been serving the needs of Buyers and Sellers in DC with professionalism and integrity for over 18 years. Those years of real estate experience have given Ilse the knowledge to assist and guide her clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling with the least amount of stress and anxiety possible. Her passion for renovation and design has given her the upper hand in working closely with local investors, as well as developers, evaluating potential properties, analyzing the After Resale Value, helping them with the renovation process, and finally, listing the homes with maximum results.

 

Originally from Venezuela, Ilse considers herself a true Washingtonian, having lived in the DC area for more than 30 years. Her love for helping the community has her involved in several organizations, including serving as the Government Affairs Director, for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), DC Chapter.
